IXI will discuss with you your online objectives and map out a design that will address those objectives. The requirements analysis will define what we want the site to accomplish. When we sit down with you, a year after designing your site, we need to address whether the site has been successful. Each quarter, we will sit down and go through a detailed Optimization Report that will include, and analyze the following information:

• Number of unique visitors each month (as opposed to hits, this is a more accurate representation of the traffic coming to your site).  This report builds upon itself, so we will eventually be able to compare January, 2011 to January, 2012 and so forth.
• Top traffic sources
• Link Popularity Analysis - this is increasingly important, as link popularity will be a larger factor in the upcoming algorithm changes at Google
• Top Landing, Content, and Exit Pages
• Ranking Analysis Report:  We will review where your site ranks in three search engines (Google, Bing & Yahoo) based on the keywords we have on the site.  We only check the first two pages, as we feel if you come up on the top of the third page, no one is going to see it anyway.
• Competitor Ranking Analysis:  We rank your competitors on the same keywords we ranked your site on.  If they are coming up higher in the search engines than you are in any particular phrase, we need to go to their site (specifically the html page that comes up higher than yours), see what they did with content & keywords, and then adjusting your site accordingly to make sure we eventually replace them in the higher slot
• Comments/Suggestions:  We give a game plan of what we feel should be done in the next quarter in order to continue increasing our ranks in the search engines.
